    The Maalka Platform is based on the principle of continuous expansion - start with a basic program that works for you and add new programs when you're ready. The Maalka Classic program gets you started with easy-to-follow workflows for data collection, validation, analysis, and visualization. Once deployed, you can easily add new programs that align with internationally recognized best practices. For example, you can track progress towards Energy, Water, and Carbon reduction goals following the 2030 District Framework or you can launch an Energy Benchmarking Ordinance based on workflows developed by the City of Chicago.

    Expertise Required: 

    Users need basic computer skills in order to use the Maalka Platform. Typically 'Program Managers' will be trained in how to utilize Power Use features on the platform and they will be able to train building-level users to input and analyze data. Maalka has video and text tutorials for using difference features of the platform.

    Audience: 

    Commercial Building Property Managers, Owners, and Occupiers. Maalka is built to enable management of data across large portfolios of buildings. Those portfolios can be geographically concentrated (cities) or dispersed (global corporate real estate). Maalka helps organizations track the collection and quality of their data to ensure buildings are operating efficiently and sustainably.
